Track Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout.

How to Track Your Package

1. Open your shipping confirmation email from Vita.
2. Tap or click the tracking link in the email.
3. Use the carrier's tracking page for the latest shipment status.

Tracking may take a short time to update after a shipping label is created.

Tracking Says Delivered, But I Do Not Have My Package

Please check your mailbox, porch or other delivery areas, household members, nearby neighbors, and any delivery notes from the carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier using your tracking number. You can also email us at vitasolutionsdigital@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information so we can review the order with you.
